Why Use an Impersonal Kennel?

My family and I have used this service for over 10 years. On the first meeting, Tim introduced himself to my family. Even the ones who usually hid under the beds came out to see him. Now that a real pet lover -- cats always know! We have no family in the area, and imposing on friends to take care of up to 6 pets, some with special needs is just too much to ask. Tim and his staff are more that happy to fill in. The "family" is always well fed, well watered, and has had human contact, on their terms, and medications, as needed, have been administered Over the years, we've had many unplanned, emergency trips. Tim always jumps in to take care of the "kid," thus taking that worry off the table. We've also had many planned trips and again, that worry is taken care of. Why would anyone use an kennel to board their family friend when there is a service of this caliber available? There is non better!
